Sourdough baguette rustique multigrain
A delicious sourdough baguette rustique based on flour, water, salt and yeast. The dough rises slowly and is kneaded gently, allowing the flavor to develop well. The bread is provided with incisions, for a nice comb and a crispy, thin crust with an airy crumb.

Bake in oven
Preheat the oven to 220˚C. Remove the baguette from the packaging and bake for 8-10 minutes on a rack in the middle of the oven.
