    Saithe/Pollock fillet with skin scaled

      Description

      Saithe/Pollock is related to the haddock species, which in turn belongs to the cod species. It is often thought that this fish is only processed into fish fingers, but black pollock is a real treat. This copy is found in the northern waters of Greenland up to Spitsbergen and in the waters of the Eastern Atlantic Ocean.
