Saithe/Pollock whole head black
Saithe is a shell-like species which, in turn, belongs to the cod-like species. White saithe is also known as pollack and occurs in the waters around Iceland to Norway, which leads to French waters. The white saithe swims to a depth of 100 m and can reach a length of 130 cm with a weight of 17 kg. The color of the skin is predominantly gray/green colored toward a lighter belly side.
