Vegan Pesto is a great alternative to traditional pesto. This pesto is prepared without a vegan cheese product. Cashew has been chosen instead: the raw cashew nut gives the same mouthfeel as cheese. The pesto can be used as a pasta sauce, on grilled vegetables or with bread.
