prepared according to an authentic Mesopotamian recipe, in which
dough balls are rolled out in a traditional way into a thin round bottom,
resulting in a perfect crispy thin pizza base. The Lahmacun is also
prepared with only natural ingredients, including 100% pure minced
veal, completely excluded from mechanically separated meat. Due to
the unique ingredient composition, this Lahmacun provides a great taste
that makes your mouth water!

WHEAT flour, water, onion, ground beef, bell pepper (red and green), tomato, tomato paste, salt,

Preparation
Fry in pan
Na ontdooien: in koekenpan 3 minuten op lage stand. Zorg ervoor dat de bodem niet aanbrandt.
Grill
Na ontdooien: doormidden gevouwen onder een contactgrill op 200°C (stand 2) gedurende 2 minuten
Defrost
Laat het minstens 2 uur voor consumptie op kamertemperatuur ontdooien. Verwarm door en door voor consumptie. Je kunt het product ook bevroren opnieuw opwarmen (let op, bevroren producten moeten door en door verwarmd worden). Na ontdooien 2 dagen houdbaar in de koelkast (2°C - 7°C).

Topping suggesties: Beleg het product na het opwarmen met verse groenten/salade en/of saus naar keuze. Je kunt het product ook verrijken met Vegan kaas/vlees.
