Proving: 1h30 +/-15min at 32°C (90°F) (80% of humidity). Glaze with eggs. Preheat the oven. Baking: 12 +/-2 min at 180 +/-10°C (350 +/-18°F). These instructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of equipment. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
