Flour (WHEAT (61%), RYE (1.4%), roasted malted WHEAT (1%), malted BARLEY (0.5%), malted WHEAT), water, OAT flakes (2%), linseedbrown, sunflower seeds, salt, coarse RYE grains (1%), WHEAT flakes (1%), yeast, WHEAT gluten, WHEAT bran (0.2%), malt extract(WHEAT), ferments.
Thawing: 15 min at ambient temperature. Preheating: oven to 210 °C. Baking: 10 +/- 2 min at 190 +/- 10°C. These instructions aremerely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of equipment. Defrosted products are also ready forconsumption without baking. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
