Deep-frozen rectangular patisserie, ready-to-serve. Pear mousse, sponge cakes soaked with pear spirit drink syrup, caramel mousse with pears in syrup (drained), finished with caramel glazing.
Cream (MILK), pears (17.5%), sugar, water, caramelised sugar (8.5%), flour (WHEAT, malted WHEAT), EGG yolk, glucose syrup, pear spirit drink (0.8%), albumin (EGG), beef gelatin, gelling agent (pectins), skimmed MILK powder, acidity regulator (citric acid, calcium chloride, E331iii), colour (plain caramel), natural flavour, stabilizer (carrageenan).
Let the products thaw in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours and serve cold. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
