Proving: 150min at 28°C (75% of humidity). Preheating: oven to 220°C. Baking: 18 +/-5min at 175 +/-10°C .These instructions aremerely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
