Flour (WHEAT), butter (MILK) (19%), water, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), yeast, glucose-fructosesyrup, ALMONDS, WHEAT gluten, fat-reduced cocoa powder (0.8%), HAZELNUTS (0.8%), salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid),emulsifier (lecithins (SOY)), enzymes.














Proving: 105-120 min at 28°C (80% of humidity). Glaze with eggs. Preheating: oven to 215°C. Baking: 18-20 min at 215 +/-5°C. Theseinstructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
