DUO VEGAN
Description
Vegan and lactose-free cooking cream suitable for cooking and whipping — specially designed for food service. It is ideal for preparing hot dishes, as its creamy consistency and thickening properties work well with heat. It is also the perfect cream substitute in desserts, mousses and cream fillings. The neutral taste of the vegan cooking cream allows it to be refined with spices and flavours.
Ingredients
Water, fully hydrogenated palm (25%), humectant (sorbitol), glucose syrup, emulsifier (polysorbate 60, mono and di-acetyltartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizer (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), salt, flavouring.
