Deepfrozen Danish pastry, rectangular pastry filled with custard cream (32%) and sultanas (6,5%), ready-to-prove.
Water, flour (WHEAT), vegetable oils and fats (palm, rapeseed, cotton), raisins, sugar, EGG white, sweet whey powder (MILK), modified starch, glucose-fructose syrup, yeast, WHEAT gluten, salt, skimmed MILK powder, thickener (E401), cream powder (MILK), stabilizer (E516, E450), flavouring, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), carrot extract, enzymes.














Multiple preparations
Thawing: 15 min at ambient temperature. Proving: 105 min at 33-35°C (80-85% of humidity). Halfway proving, glaze with eggs. Preheating: oven to 210°C. Baking: 17-20 min at 210 +/-10°C. These instructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
