Dough made with wheat bran and wheat, rye, and oat flour, enriched with sunflower and flax seeds, oat and wheat flakes, and sourdough.
Versatile bread suitable for being filled, used in a bread basket, or as bruschetta.
Flour (WHEAT, RYE (2.5%), roasted malted WHEAT, OAT (1.1%)), water, WHEAT sourdough (7%) (water, WHEAT flour), sunflower seeds(6.5%), lin seeds (2.5%), OAT flakes (1.9%), yeast, WHEAT gluten, WHEAT flakes (1.1%), salt, WHEAT bran (0.9%).














Preheating: oven to 210°C. Baking: 4 +/-2 min at 200 +/-10°C (defrosted) or 8 +/-2 min at 200 +/-10°C (deepfrozen). The product canbe used after thawing without baking. These instructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on thetype of equipment. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
