RISSO® CHANTY DUO
Plant-based cooking cream with buttermilk and 26% fat content — the perfect cream substitute. Its creamy consistency and thickening properties make it ideal for cooking with hot dishes, as well as for preparing desserts, mousses and cream fillings. It retains its excellent stability even when alcohol or acidic ingredients (e.g. citric acid) are added. It is a versatile alternative to conventional cream and, despite its fat content, can be whipped easily. Once whipped, the cream remains stiff for up to 2 hours at room temperature.
ButterMILK (64%), fully hydrogenated coconut (17.5%), water, coconut (7.5%), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sucrose esters of fatty acids, SOYbean lecithins), modified starch, stabilizer (cellulose, carboxy methyl cellulose, locust bean gum, xanthan gum), colour (carotenes).
