Deep-frozen rectangular patisserie, ready-to-serve. A vanilla flavoured mousse with raspberries and sponge cakes, finished withpowdered sugar.
Raspberries (22.5%), cream (MILK), sugar, water, blanched ALMONDS powder, EGG white, EGG yolk, starch (starch (WHEAT), starch),whole MILK powder, grated coconut, flour (WHEAT, malted WHEAT), albumin (EGG), beef gelatin, natural flavour, vegetable oils andfats (palm), skimmed MILK powder, stabilizer (carrageenan).
Let thaw in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours and serve cold. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
