Description
The ideal plant-based cooking cream with buttermilk. A light cooking cream with only 17% fat, specially developed to add a touch of lightness to dishes. Its creamy texture and thickening properties make it ideal for all kinds of dishes: warm sauces, soups, gratins and numerous desserts such as panna cotta are easy to make with this product.
Ingredients
ButterMILK (68%), palm oil (15%), water, modified starch, emulsifier (polysorbate 60, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (xanthan gum). Total fat content : 17 %.

Preparation
Shake well before use. Once opened, store refrigerated (2°C-8°C) and use within 3 days. Do not freeze.
