Proving: 120-135 min at 28°C (80% of humidity). Glaze with eggs. Preheating: oven to 215°C. Baking: 15-18 min at 215 +/-5°C .These instructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
