Bobeldijk stands for delicious, sustainable, 100% plant-based products for everyone! We source our ingredients as locally as possible; the main ingredient in this product comes from the Netherlands. All products are produced in Deventer.
This 120g vegan mushroom tournedos has a firm bite thanks to the use of blanched mushrooms and soy protein texturate from Europe.
The vegan mushroom tournedos come in a plain box with a trilingual label (NL, DE, EN) listing the ingredients, nutritional information, and best-before date. The vegan mushroom tournedos can be prepared in both the pan and the oven.

Bake in oven
