Kibbeling gemaakt van Alaska pollack. Zonder graat, zonder vel. Voorzien van een ambachtelijke batterlaag. Voorgebakken, diepgevroren, ingepakt in 1kg zak met Fishmasters bedrukking. Verpakt in 5kg doos (bevat 5x1 kg).

Preparation
Bakken in oven
Oven voorverwarmen tot 200 °C (heteluchtoven 180°C) Plaats het product op een ingevette bakplaat die geschikt is voor de oven en bak gedurende 11 min.
Frituren
Frituren in olie of vet bij 180ºC. Product ca. 3 minuten frituren in olie of vet totdat het product een goudbruine kleur heeft.
