Preparation
Deep frying
De kroketten moeten gefrituurd worden voor consumptie. Frituur in vloeibare frituurolie bij 175⁰C. Niet te veel tegelijk; wij adviseren maximaal 1 kroket per liter frituurolie. Laat de kroket 1 minuut rusten na frituren. Bereidingstijd van een ontdooide kroket is 3 tot 4 minuten en van een bevroren kroket 6 tot 7 minuten. Frituur de kroketten nooit langer dan de aanbevolen tijden.
