Description

Jim's Burger sauce is made with mayonnaise, cucumber and tomato. The fine balancing of these ingredients with the many spices leads to a deliciously fresh and (slightly) sweet taste.

This sauce is the ideal combination with a chicken, meat or fish burger. It is also very tasty with various snacks.

Ingredients

rapeseed oil (47%), sugar, water, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), cucumber, egg yolk, vinegar, tomato paste, salt, modified corn starch, herbs, spices (mustard, celery), soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), onion concentrated juice, sunflower oil, candy syrup, molasses, malt vinegar (from barley), tamarind extract, anchovy (fish), flavourings, onions, yeast extract, lemon juice, food acid: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, colours: curcumin, beta-carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
