Vegan Mince
The Vegan Mince is packed with protein and is a perfect addition to your vegetarian or vegan dish. The mince is made from Sparc Kitchen's own vegetable wheat texturate, based on an age-old process. It has a fine structure, because it is very finely ground in the mincer. The taste is subtle, and should be seasoned in a dish in combination with a sauce, for example.
* METHOD OF PREPARATION: Baking: After defrosting, bake in a pan or on a baking tray in some oil (do not fry) or heat up in a sauce. The product is already pre-cooked.
* SERVING TIP: We recommend this in a vegan pasta bolognese sauce or in a vegan lasagna dish
* This mince is 100% plant-based and packed with proteins.

Het huisgemaakte tarwe-texturaat is gebaseerd op een eeuwenoud procedé, wat oorspronkelijk uit Japan komt. Het lijkt op seitan dat al honderden jaren op traditionele wijze wordt bereid. Het wordt gemaakt van tarwemeel en water. Door het deeg steeds uit te spoelen blijft het tarwe-eiwit, de gluten, achter. De glutenmassa wordt in water of (vegetarische) bouillon gekookt tot een product met een sponzige structuur en een hartige smaak.
