Preparation
Bakken in oven
Hot air oven Bake the Rösti at 200°C for 14 minutes. Ordinary oven Bake the Rösti at 225°C for 14 minutes.
Frituren
Bake the Rösti at 175°C for about 3 1/2-4 minutes.
