Meerdere bereidingswijzen
Diepgevroren producten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern. Pan: Ca 4 minuten om en om bakken op halfhoog vuur Combi steamer: Circa 8 minuten met 70% vocht verwarmen op 160°C. Friteuse: Circa 2 minuten frituren in vet of olie van 180°C. Magnetron: Circa 3 minuten verhitten op 750 Watt
