Description
The hybrid meatball is half made from responsible beef and further supplemented with seaweed, delicious spices, carrot and onion. This is a great step by eating less meat, with the associated positive effects on health and the climate. Compared to a 'normal' meatball, this ball contains much more fiber, fewer calories, fat and salt.

Preparation
Bakken in oven
Bereidingswijze: Ontdooi het gehaktballetje, afgedekt, in de koeling. Verwarm de oven voor op 150°C en verhit het balletje tot een kern van minimaal 75°C.
