Bereidingswijze
Bake in oven
Place the desired amount of product in a heatproof bowl or container and heat to >/= 72°C at 140/150°C. If necessary, add a small dash of water to achieve the desired thickness (to thicken the sauce).
Fry in pan
Place the desired amount of sauce in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches >/= 72°C. Add a small amount of water, if needed, to achieve the desired consistency (to thicken the sauce).
Steam
Place the desired amount of product in a heatproof bowl or container and heat to >/= 72°C at 160°C.
