Bakken pan
Place the sauce in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches >/= 72°C. Add a small amount of water, if needed, to achieve the desired consistency (to thicken the sauce).
Au bain-marie
Heat the product with the plastic casing in a pan of water (in a double boiler). Bring the water to a simmer (do not boil!) and then heat for about 30 minutes. CAUTION! The casing is under pressure, which may cause the product to squirt out.
Ontdooien
Remove the product from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator.
