Bakken pan
Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. per 150 gram: circa 3 minuten verhitten matige temperatuur. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.
Magnetron
per 150 gram: circa 1,5 minuut verwarmen bij 750 Watt. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.
Combi steamer
per 150 gram: circa 8 minuten met 50% vocht verwarmen op 160 °C. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.
