Preparation
Bake in oven
Preheat oven to 220°C. If possible, turn the fan to the middle setting. 0% moisture. Place the frozen empanada on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven. Heat the empanadas for 8-10 minutes. Depending on the oven, cooking time may vary.
Deep frying
Preparation from the freezer: Fry for approximately 9 minutes at 175°C. Turn product halfway through for best results. Only prepare frozen
Heat
Warming cabinet: After preparation, the empanada can be kept for up to 60 minutes. Temperature setting warming cabinet 75-80°C Hot plate with lamp: After preparation, the empanada can be kept for up to 60 minutes. Holding cabinet temperature setting 75-80°C
