The creation of this hand-crafted hot sauce was inspired by a worldwide tradition of pizzerias to add chili oil or flakes as an ingredient to pizzas, as well as pasta lasagnas (and cocktails). But outside of Italian cuisine, it is a delicious condiment over loaded fries, fried eggs, burgers, chicken, sandwich and more......
The nice appealing aroma meets you when you open this stylish bottle.
Accessible medium spicy so not overpoweringly hot (hot level Scholville 3000). There is also an Extra Hot variant for the experienced Hot Sauce fans (hotlevel Scholville 4500).
There are always 5 premium ingredients used to achieve this flavor. Roasted red peppers, sea salt, calabria chili peppers, IGP Balsamico from Modena and Porchini mushrooms
Cayenne peppers are also added to the Extra Hot variant
