The apricot filled croissant is a fruity and slightly tangy pastry topped with yellow sugar pearl. Made of flaky layers and filled with a tasty, smooth, and generous heart filling of pure apricot puree , for a unique moment of softness during the day.

Multiple preparations
Thawing: 15 min at room temperature. Preheat the oven. Baking: 20 +/‐2 min at 170 +/‐10°C. For the best visual results, do not thaw overnight and bake without steam. These instructions are merely indicative and depend on the type of equipment. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
