Bereidingswijze
Fry in pan
Heat butter or (olive) oil in a frying pan and briefly sear the defrosted hamburgers over high heat. Then cook over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, turning regularly.
Grill
Grill plate: Place the defrosted hamburgers on a hot grill plate. Grill the hamburgers until cooked through in a few minutes. Turn regularly.
Heat
Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C.
Defrost
Defrost the product covered overnight in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze after thawing.
