Vegan meringue poeder
Kant en klaar vegan poeder voor het maken van plantaardige meringue/schuimapplicaties.
Sugar, modified starch (potato), dried glucose syrup, pea protein, starch, acid (citric acid), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose).














Multiple preparations
750 g mix, 250 g water. Whip for 4min. at high speed. Soft meringue: pipe it right away and flame it. Dried meringue: pipe on baking paper and bake at 80°C 100°C for 1h and then let it dry with the oven switched off.
