Preparation
Fry in pan
Heat some butter or (olive) oil in a frying pan. Sear the hamburger patty on both sides over high heat. Reduce the heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning regularly. Heat thoroughly.
Defrost
Defrost the burgers in the refrigerator overnight.
