Preparation
Microwave
Magnetron: prik enkele gaatjes in de folie. Warm de bevroren maaltijd op gedurende 7 - 9 min. indien op 750 W of gedurende 6 - 7 min. indien op 1000 W. Na bereiding 2 min. laten rusten. Verwijder de folie en serveer.
Heat
Koekenpan: ontdooien in de koelkast (max 7°C). Verhit de olie in de koekenpan en voeg de inhoud van de verpakking toe. Verwarm de maaltijd circa 10 min. al roerend bij een matige temperatuur
