      Koken

      100°C Breng de te binden vloeistof aan de kook. Strooi vervolgens, al roerend met een gaarde, de gewenste hoeveelheid rouxkorrels door de kokende vloeistof. Daarna, onder af en toe roeren, nog 5 minuten zachtjes laten doorkoken. Dosering: 60 g + 1 L water (soep). Dosering: 90 g + 1 L water (saus).
