Simmering
In a pot: Add the desired amount of vegetables in a pot with a little butter or oil and simmer. Rinse the mussels and add these to the vegetables. Season to taste and immerse with a liquid of your choice. Cook for 10-14 minutes or until all mussels are open. These are guidelines only.
