emulsified sauce with herbs
At the request of our customers, we developed this spicier version of our original Andalouse. Made with mayonnaise, with a subtle combination of tomato, mustard and spices. The extra chilli peppers provide the extra spicy touch. This sauce goes very well with all your meat dishes, poultry (chicken-andalouse), but also with chips and snacks.
rapeseed oil (53%), water, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), egg yolk, dextrose, vinegar, tomato powder, salt, onion, chervil, capers, spices, molasses, malt vinegar (from barley), lemon juice, anchovy (fish), sugar, tamarind extract, herbs, flavourings, spice extract, pili pili (0,3%), thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, food acid: citric acid, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, soy and celery.
