Brazil is another delicious sauce! It is a slightly sweeter sauce based on mayonnaise and pineapple

with a touch of curry and some scotch whisky for a tad more spiciness. Brazil sauce is very successful with the younger generation who are prefer a sweeter taste.

rapeseed oil (47%), water, dextrose, pineapple (9,7%), egg yolk, vinegar, tomato powder, spices, herbs (celery), Scotch whisky, kirsch, mustard, salt, modified corn starch, molasses, malt vinegar (from barley), lemon juice, anchovy (fish), soy protein hydrolyzate, sugar, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, flavourings, paprika extract, food acid: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.

Produced in a factory that also treats milk.
