The Mistery sauce contains crunchy bits of onion and is made with a mayonnaise base. Sometimes called onion sauce,
Mistery Saus falls somewhere between great mayonnaise and real tartare with a very slightly sweet undertone.
Ingredients
rapeseed oil (52%), water, egg yolk, onion (3,5%), mustard(water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), vinegar, corn starch, sugar, dextrose, modified starch, salt, food acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, herbs, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, colours: carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, gluten, soya, fish and celery.
