Description

Anda’s pita sauce is semi-liquid and deliciously creamy emulsified. It is seasoned with a little garlic and garden herbs and is often called garlic sauce.

It is the ideal base for making your own sauce with yoghurt and/or flat cheese!

Ingredients

rapeseed oil (65%), egg yolk, water, garlic powder, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), dextrose, vinegar, salt, milk components, dextrose, herbs, spices, food acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.

Produced in a factory that also treats gluten, soya, fish and celery.
