This semi fluid, creamily emulsified pitta sauce is seasoned with a bit of garlic and garden herbs. A typical sauce to use on pitta, kebab or gyros, but which also goes excellently with pork, lamb and hamburgers. This pitta sauce can be enriched by adding yoghurt and/or curds.
rapeseed oil (65%), egg yolk, water, garlic powder, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), dextrose, vinegar, salt, milk components, dextrose, herbs, spices, food acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats gluten, soya, fish and celery.
