A strongly spiced sauce with a base of mayonnaise, with a long, pungent aftertaste. Ideal with chicken, steak, pork, pitta and snacks.
Ingredients
water, rapeseed oil (33%), egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), corn starch, modified corn starch, vinegar, pili pili (1%), spices, dextrose, salt, food acid: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, paprika extract, colours: beta-carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, gluten, soya, fish and celery.
