Description
Deliciously smoky salsa thanks to the Chipotle pepper: ripe, red Jalapeño that is dried and smoked until the flavour is maximised. From then on, it is a Chipotle. The Chipotle is then preserved in 'Adobo sauce': a tomato sauce that preserves the pepper and takes over its flavour. Together with pieces of fresh and grilled red peppers, onion and tomato, this results in a flavourful salsa. A perfect match with Tex-Mex cuisine or BBQ dishes.
