Our biodynamic dough bread rye and sunflower seeds with Demeter seal of approval. Inspired by the delicious oat and rye breads from Scandinavia, this bread is a true revolution in the world of bread baking. From the moment we boil the rye in a pan to the magical moment of baking, we spend 72 hours lovingly perfecting this masterpiece. Hand formed and baked on a traditional stone oven floor and processed with local ingredients. Handily delivered from the freezer.

Advice: remove product from freezer the night before and then defrost at room temperature. After defrosting, heat in hot air oven at 150 degrees for about 14 minutes. After thawing, product will keep for 2 days at room temperature.
