We believe good things take time. That’s why our beef is slow-cooked until it’s perfectly tender, then
folded into a creamy, herb-infused ragout. These bite-sized croquettes are an absolute staple in any bar, pub, or classic venue for drinks and snacks.

Preparation
Deep frying
The Bites must be fried before consumption. Fry in liquid frying oil at 175°C. Don't overcook them; we recommend a maximum of 3 Bites per liter of frying oil. Let the Bites rest for 1 minute after frying. Thawed Bites take 2 to 3 minutes to cook, and frozen Bites take 4 to 5 minutes. Never fry the Bites longer than the recommended cooking time.
