Preparation
Dosage
1000g mix, 660ml water, 120g plantaardige olie.
Multiple preparations
Mix alle ingrediënten met een vlinder 1 minuut op lage snelheid. Mix 3-5 minuten op gemiddelde snelheid. Mix 1 minuut op lage snelheid. Grote mixers hebben wellicht 3-5 minuten op hoge snelheid nodig. Soortelijk gewicht: 0.78-0.82. Baktemperatuur - Inschietoven: 175º-180ºC. Baktemperatuur - Heteluchtoven: 155º-160ºC. Baktijd - 500gr beslag: 30-25 minuten. Baktijd - 2000gr beslag: 45-50 minuten. Deze instructies zijn bedoeld als richtlijn en er kunnen aanpassingen nodig zijn.
