Preparation
Bereiding: Breng het water en de melk aan de kook. Neem van het vuur. Strooi al roerende de Aardappelpuree in de vloeistof en roer de massa flink door met een garde of mixer. Breng de aardappelpuree naar eigen inzicht op smaak met wat boter, zout, peper en eventueel nootmuskaat. Dosering: 220 gram product + 0,66 liter water + 0,44 liter halfvolle melk = 6-7 porties
