The product is fermented based on a natural fermentation proces and this gives a full flavour with a subtle fresh sourness, as you are used to with yoghurt. Both of the cultivation of the soy and oats takes place in the Netherlands. Just like the production; this takes place on the first plant-based dairy farm in the Netherlands, located in the eastern of the Netherlands
