Description
Gua Bao of Koah-pau gua bao of cuapao, ook bekend als een buikspekbroodje, bao of bao-broodje, is een soort lotusbladbroodje afkomstig uit de oosterse keuken.
Dit broodje is door zijn neutrale smaak en fijne structuur ideaal als basis om te vullen met bijvoorbeeld buikspek, pulled pork, garnalen, kip of een vegetarische vulling.
